What I have learned in 2022 and what ChatGPT has to say about that

As I was writing the last Neo Vision’s Weekly Rant of 2022, putting together what my colleagues sent to me, I also felt compelled to share what I have learned in this blitz year that passed by in milliseconds.
- If you spend one year in a domain and feel like you don’t know anything, you are most likely right. Naval Ravikant’s words are living in my head rent-free: “Be patient, it takes ten years to build a career in anything”.
- Going the extra mile, even though you don’t see the immediate benefits, will always be worth it. Trust me on this one.
- Don’t invest anything in a leader you don’t resonate with.
- Being the dumbest in a room isn’t for the faint of heart but something you must embrace and be open about to become a better version of who you were yesterday.
- Get over your ego, and be willing to shadow and learn from people younger than you.
- Not everyone is suited to be a CEO, and that’s perfectly fine. Find a position where you can bring value to as many people as possible.
- The world moves at such a blazing-fast speed that significant opportunities appear every few months. Stay knowledgeable and be willing to experiment with every new tool that appears, and you will most likely…
